These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the XpeZmobile application and website (collectively, the "Service") provided by XpeZ by lssgoo. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use XpeZ. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement.
2. Your account
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
- You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it current.
- We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in abusive behavior.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Service.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers.
- Use the Service to store or transmit illegal content.
- Access the Service using automated means without our written consent.
4. Your content
You retain full ownership of the financial data, notes, and other content you enter into XpeZ. You grant us a limited license to process this data solely to provide the Service to you. We do not sell your data or share it with advertisers.
5. AI features
XpeZ offers optional AI-powered features (chat, budget planning). When you invoke these features, your prompt is sent to our AI provider to generate a response. Your prompts are not used to train third-party models. AI-generated advice is for informational purposes only and is not financial advice.
6. Not a financial service
XpeZ is a personal expense tracking tool. We are not a bank, broker, or regulated financial institution. We do not hold or move funds. Any financial decisions you make are your own.
7. Fees
XpeZ is currently free to use. If we introduce paid plans in the future, we will notify you before charging any fees and give you the option to decline.
8. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time by deleting your account from Settings → Delete Account. We may terminate or suspend your access if you violate these Terms.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, XpeZ by lssgoo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated in-app or via email. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of new Terms constitutes acceptance.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
